Announcement:

A Simple Formula works like Crazy for many years

Here’s a simple system you can create that will have people sending you free subscribers. More free subscribers means more effective email marketing results - right? What I’m about to share with you is something that is rarely discussed. The reason for this is simple. If you knew about and applied the simple system your top competitors would not have such a huge advantage over you in the marketplace.

You see right now you’re basically an unknown compared to your top competitors. You know it… they know it… and they know you know it. What you may not know is why they are so well known while you continue to struggle even for the slightest bit of attention.

The answer is simple and it’s right in front of you.

There is one factor that determines how much profit you will or won’t make next month. And it also determines if you will ever join your top competitors in the eyes of your customers and subscribers. What is it?

An almost obscenely massive amount of exposure that gives you the appearance of “guru” status. It’s all about perception!

You know who your top competitors are because it seems that no matter where you turn… there they are. What you’re about to learn is a simple yet highly effective strategy that can almost immediately elevate your status in the eyes of the people who matter to your business the most.

When you appear to dominate or have a strong hold on your chosen market, people pay attention to you. More importantly… they want to pay attention to you. That’s where massive exposure and email marketing come into play.

The simple formula:

  • Massive exposure + email marketing = Competitive advantage to the 10th degree!

The first thing you need to do is forget the myth that you need to create your own monster 200+ page e-book to get any sort of online recognition and exposure. Many of your top online competitors actually want you to struggle with this silly myth while they continue to ensure their dominance over you in the marketplace with more effective methods.

The truth is that all you need is a simple 3-5 page report or a short e-course and then allow others to give it away to create a viral marketing effect! Sounds hard to believe, but it’s the truth.

Eventually you will want to create your own unique product. However, it’s not necessary for the time being. In the beginning all you need to do is to create a short report by either doing it yourself or by outsourcing it to a ghostwriter. It really is that simple.

For example, you could create an email course that promotes a specific affiliate product. Be sure to choose one that people are talking about right now or one that’s constantly popping up in your email in box.

Then give people a form that allows them to give away your e-course with their affiliate links in them while you maintain complete control over the emails that are sent out. This allows you to keep all the subscribers, while they receive all the commissions from the product promoted. It’s a win/win for all concerned so most people will be prepared to work with you.

This not only helps you to build your list (which is a key ingredient to your success) but it helps to brand yourself and elevate your status as an internet marketer. If you repeat this for a number of products, it won’t take long to build your list and your reputation as a marketer will gain momentum very quickly.

I learned this from Michael Domeck who is a trainer who has been mentoring students for two years in how to build their very own Internet businessess. He is a member of the White Hat Guys Consulting team.

What Innovation Can Do to Your Life

Hello friends . . . today I am sitting at home in front of my TV just indulged myself into CNN just to get me updated regarding the Super Tuesday. Moreover today is a public holiday in Malaysia for the Lunar New Year Festival. Then suddenly something struck my head and keep flashing about this interesting topic… “Innovation”.

It is a talent that everyone has, believe me this is true, but many think they do not. The power of innovation. If you have ever marvel at somebody’s creative prowess, guess what, you can create and innovate too. It just takes time. Everyone is born creative. The box of crayons in kindergarten were not limited to those who possessed potential; because the truth is, everybody has potential.

You know how long it took to learn to ride a bike or drive or to never commit the same mistake again? It is the same with innovation. It takes a bit of practice and a lot of time before this mind function comes easily when called. Okay, let us go a bit further by exploring on how to bring innovation into your life, my life and everybody’s life.

The rule is; Do not listen to what other people say. Follow the beat of your own heart. Allowing for the input of other people will only bring cacophony to the music you are trying to make. If you have an original idea, do not waste your time and effort trying to make people understand. They won’t, believe me. And the help you will probably get comes in the form of negative feedback and this is always true in our community today. If all those geniuses listened to their peers, we would probably still be living in the middle ages.

Spend time on it. I cannot stress that enough, although, please do not mistake this tip to tell you to quit your day job entirely. Do not. This involves some tricky time management but with a little discipline you will be able to squeeze both in. Exercise. Take a walk. Jog a mile or two. Send all those endorphins (the stimulating hormone) coursing through your veins. Exercising certainly clears and relaxes your mind and allows for anything to pop up.

Record your dreams. Aren’t some of them just the craziest things that your conscious mind would never have thought of? If you have had these dreams before, and I am sure have, this only shows you the untapped innovative power you have lying within. So jot down those notes. Those dreams may just create an innovative spark in you.

Find your own style. You can always tell a Van Gogh from a Matisse. You will know Hemingway wrote something by the choice of words on the paper. So it is the same with you. People will appreciate your innovation more because it is uniquely yours and that no one else would have thought of what you were thinking. That will let people see how valuable an asset you are.

Do not hide behind nifty gadgets or tools. You do not need the most expensive set of paints to produce a masterpiece. The same way with writing. You do not need some expensive fountain pen and really smooth paper for a bestseller. In fact, J.K. Rowling wrote the first book of the Harry Potter Series on bits of tissue. So what if you have got an expensive SLR camera if you are a crappy photographer? Who cares if you have got a super duper laptop if you can’t write at all? The artist actually reduces the number of tools he has as he gets better at his craft: he knows what works and what doesn’t.

Nothing will work without passion. What wakes you up in the mornings? What keeps the flame burning? What is the one thing that you’ll die if you don’t do? Sometimes people with talent are overtaken by the people who want it more. Think the hare and the tortoise. Ellen De Generes once said that if you’re not doing something that you want to do, then you don’t really want to do it. And that is true. Sometimes you just want something so bad you become a virtual unstoppable. And that is passion. Passion will keep you going.

Don’t worry about inspiration. You can’t force it; inspiration hits when you least expect it to, for those unpredictable yet inevitable moments you should prepare. An idea could strike you on the subway, yet alas, you poor unfortunate soul; you have no sheet of paper to scribble down a thought that could change the world. Avoid these disasters. Have a pen and paper within your arm’s reach at all times.

I hope this post will help you bring more innovation into your life. Keep in mind that you are doing these things for your own satisfaction and not anybody else’s. But soon enough they will notice, and everything should snowball from there. So keep writing, keep blogging and do not stop half way with what you have started few years, or few months, or few weeks back. I have seen people stop writing and blogging after few months. As I said earlier “it just take time”. You will never know when will the success formula will come. But you need to believe in yourself and not others.

Nothing is easy in this world but the path will be easier when one strive to succeed, have the will power to succeed and the innovation to be successful. You will never know, maybe your success is tomorrow, if you decide to quit today.

The psychology of your business and managing it

Do you have a business? If you do, then managing your spending is a must know how skill. A business credit card is a must apart from your personal credit cards.

First of all, it separates your personal money from your business funds. It gives you the option to distribute business credit cards to your employees to keep track and control spending on all your business purchases. It also provides you with an annual report, detailing all purchases that are made on your account. This is a great help when reviewing your accounting and tax payments. More importantly, a business credit card can be used to temporarily fund a business and get it started without waiting for a bulk of cash to come in hand.

But one need to be warn of using multiple credit cards. Having a credit card can be a boon or a bane depending on how you manage it. With multiple cards, people tend to swipe unwisely. Maintaining a credit card helps meet emergencies and make online payments. However, it’s advisable not to keep too many credit cards just because banks provide them free of cost. It’s better to have one card if not two since it becomes easy to control expenses. This is a genuine advise from my financial advisor.

The most common mistake people make when they opt for a card is they don’t understand their credit profile, number of cards they need, the terms and conditions and how to handle the billing cycle. A credit card is an unsecured loan with a high interest rate. Unplanned credit card usage affects monthly cash flows adversely. If the due amount is not cleared on time one ends up paying unnecessary and exorbitant interest.

Certainly business credit cards are a convenient way to handle your business resources. A vital point to bear in mind always is that managing your finances requires self-discipline and a proper view of money. Using your business credit card to its full potential is up to you. Take advantage of all your privileges but never abuse them.

Remind yourself daily that money or a lack of it doesn’t determine who you are. Your worth as a person has nothing to do with how much money you have. Once you truly believe this, and money is no longer connected to your sense of self-worth, you open up the psychological barriers that were keeping you from wisely handling the money you do have and limiting your ability to make more.

Right now, your unconscious limiting beliefs may be keeping you from being financially successful, but as you begin to build up your feelings of self-worth and develop a positive attitude about yourself and about money, you’ll attract positive things into your life. As you do so, you’ll feel less of a need to generate positive feelings by purchasing things, and you’ll find it easier to stop buying items you don’t really need.

There are hundreds of books, magazine articles, and Internet web sites about getting rid of credit card debt. Some of them offer sound advice about the psychological aspects of money and spending that you’d do well to consider. Working on the psychological aspects while taking steps to reduce debt will greatly increase your chances of long-term success.

To increase ranking and website traffic

Here are some tips on how to increase your website/blog ranking and also the traffic:

  • It is worth cataloguing the basic principles to be enforced to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Create a site with valuable content, products or services.
  • Place primary and secondary keywords within the first 25 words in your page content and spread them evenly throughout the document.
  • Research and use the right keywords/phrases to attract your target customers.
  • Use your keywords in the right fields and references within your web page. Like Title, META tags, Headers, etc.
  • Keep your site design simple so that your customers can navigate easily between web pages, find what they want and buy products and services.
  • Submit your web pages i.e. every web page and not just the home page, to the most popular search engines and directory services. Hire someone to do so, if required. Be sure this is a manual submission. Do not engage an automated submission service.
  • Keep track of changes in search engine algorithms and processes and accordingly modify your web pages so your search engine ranking remains high. Use online tools and utilities to keep track of how your website is doing.
  • Monitor your competitors and the top ranked websites to see what they are doing right in the way of design, navigation, content, keywords, etc.
  • Use reports and logs from your web hosting company to see where your traffic is coming from. Analyze your visitor location and their incoming sources whether search engines or links from other sites and the keywords they used to find you.
  • Make your customer visit easy and give them plenty of ways to remember you in the form of newsletters, free reports, reduction coupons etc.
  • Demonstrate your industry and product or service expertise by writing and submitting articles for your website or for article banks so you are perceived as an expert in your field.
  • When selling products online, use simple payment and shipment methods to make your customer’s experience fast and easy.
  • When not sure, hire professionals. Though it may seem costly, but it is a lot less expensive than spending your money on a website which no one visits.
  • Don’t look at your website as a static brochure. Treat it as a dynamic, ever-changing sales tool and location, just like your real store to which your customers with the same seriousness.

4 Ways To Become A Millionaire

This is an info I got today from an Internet Marketing Seminar site, eonenet.com which is a Malaysian Internet Marketer or Trainer site.

In the new book “One Minute Millionaire” co-authored by Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Allen, the authors share that no matter what your background, there are only 4 major ways of becoming a millionaire and you can learn to master one of these areas:-

  1. Investment: Investing in shares, bonds, CDs.
  2. Real Estate: Owning and investing in properties.
  3. Business: Marketing products, services, ideas.
  4. Internet: Selling using the power of internet.

You can probably achieve your million dollar goal by combining any of these methods along the way.

You’ll need to decide which one is your primary tool. Which one will suit you, depending on your passion, hobby, expertise, and funding?

To us, the one with the lowest barrier of entry but the highest form of leverage is the Internet. Any budding entrepreneur may start a home-based Internet business with little capital (under RM1,000 or USD350). The difference between the successful and the miserable is that the former knows how to apply a successful system whereas the latter wastes time and money in trial and error and runs out of funding before discovering the right way.

So if you are serious, which path do you choose?
