Previously I do not do much tweeting with twitter. For the past one month I just give it a shot on tweeting and guess what……. in only one month I got over 140 people following me on twitter. It is fun to do and also a simple social networking site. It is just like SMS with your mobile phones, where it is only a text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length. Simple and short but effective to get message across.

Twitter has created quite a buzz for itself in the first quarter of this year- managing to combine the ease of Instant Messaging and SMS with the reach and scope of social networking services. It all started with one question, “What are you doing?”. Imagine just one simple question, people could get connected and networking with few thousands of people worldwide. This morning while at home, I am tuned to CNN news network just to catch on the morning news update. Then one interesting news apart from the US Presidential debate thing, the news about boosting one’s brain power with the internet creates a jump start of my day today.

As the news said Internet use ‘good for the brain’, I quickly search the internet on this keywords and found this interesting article.

The report says “For middle aged and older people at least, using the internet helps boost brain power, research suggests. A University of California Los Angeles team found searching the web stimulates centres in the brain that control decision-making and complex reasoning.”

Guys, in this current economic situation many people are looking for alternative ways of making money. Some people are contemplating of quitting their job to find a new job with higher salary. My advice is do not do that. As in this current situation, employer tend to tighten their belt and may consider retrench their staffs and may not hire new anyone.
